Cybersecurity and Data Protection
Who may enter the network, where unwanted traffic stops, and where the record of what happened is kept: these are built as one security arrangement.

Definition
Cybersecurity is the organisation’s gate and its record. The firewall inspects connections coming from outside and stops what should not pass. NAC, network access control, checks a computer or phone before it is let onto the network. Endpoint security protects that device itself.
Central log management gathers what happened in one place. An incident can be looked up afterwards. Backup is the copy of critical data. The archive is the rule for how long that copy is kept. Exiplus designs this architecture, installs it, and operates it.
Traffic enters from the outer boundary. The record and the backup stay in the same scope.
Scope
- Next-generation firewall
- Network access control (NAC)
- Endpoint security
- Central log management
- Backup and secure archive of critical data
Capability
- Layered security design
- Access rules gathered in one place
- Event logs monitored in one place
- Backup and archive of critical data
Technology layer
The standard comes first.
Infrastructure and security are not tied to one manufacturer. The design follows common corporate standards. The manufacturer is chosen for the organisation’s scope.
Competence is defined in the areas below. The manufacturer is chosen from the solution partners, according to the organisation’s scope.
Network
LAN, routing, SD-WAN, and redundant WAN access.
Cybersecurity
Firewall, NAC, endpoint security, and central log management.
Data center
Virtualisation, workload consolidation, and cloud services.
Physical infrastructure
Fibre and copper structured cabling, CCTV, and access control.
Software
Process automation and system integration, built for the organisation.
