Services
Responsibility continues after handover.
A service is how a solution runs. Consulting writes what will be done, and in which order. A managed service operates the system that has been installed. Support meets faults and maintenance every hour of the day. Telecom provides the organisation’s internet and branch lines.

How the work proceeds
All four services follow the same order. First the need is written, then the arrangement is set, then it is handed over, then operation continues.
01
Discovery
What is needed, what is already there, and what cannot change are written down. The work does not start from a guess.
02
Design
The target arrangement, the boundary of the work, and the passage from the system already in place are set.
03
Commissioning
The system is connected, tried, and handed over.
04
Operation
Monitoring, maintenance, and fault response continue with the same team after handover.
Strategic IT and Infrastructure Consulting
What you already have, where you are going, and the order of the steps are written together. The result is the map of the work to be built.
02Managed Services
We take on the daily running of the system that has been installed. Additions, how full it is, and the report stay with the same team. When installation ends, the work is not handed to another firm.
0324/7 Operational Maintenance and Support
Whether the system is running is watched. When a fault appears, someone goes to it. When maintenance is due, it is done. This work is not limited to office hours.
04Corporate Telecom and Connectivity Services
The organisation’s internet and the lines to its branches are provided. If a line drops, continuity is followed. Separate firms are not dealt with for this work. There is one counterpart.
