Enterprise Process Automation, Integration, and Software Solutions

Process automation puts work steps in order. When one step ends, the next step and the record move on by themselves. Separate systems, such as finance, human resources, or the field, are tied into that flow.

Definition

Process automation means the work does not stay in someone’s memory. Steps such as a request, a record, or an approval are written down at the start. When a step is finished, the next person and the next system are told. The same job then follows the same path each time.

Integration is separate programs handing data to one another. A record finished in one system is not typed again in another. Software is built to the organisation’s own step, without being locked to a ready-made package. The guest network is a visitor’s controlled entry to the corporate network: who came in, how long they stayed, and a record of it. Exiplus designs the flow and the integration, installs them, and operates them.

Steps join in one flow. Guest access stands beside that flow, separate and traceable.

Scope

  • Corporate process automation
  • Integration between systems
  • Software for the organisation
  • A central, secure guest network aligned with regulation

Capability

  • Work steps bound to a defined flow
  • Existing systems connected inside one arrangement
  • Guest access managed within regulation and kept traceable
  • Management visibility from one place

Technology layer

The standard comes first.

Infrastructure and security are not tied to one manufacturer. The design follows common corporate standards. The manufacturer is chosen for the organisation’s scope.

Competence is defined in the areas below. The manufacturer is chosen from the solution partners, according to the organisation’s scope.

  • Network

LAN, routing, SD-WAN, and redundant WAN access.

  • Cybersecurity

Firewall, NAC, endpoint security, and central log management.

  • Data center

Virtualisation, workload consolidation, and cloud services.

  • Physical infrastructure

Fibre and copper structured cabling, CCTV, and access control.

  • Software

Process automation and system integration, built for the organisation.
