24/7 Operational Maintenance and Support

Whether the system is running is watched. When a fault appears, someone goes to it. When maintenance is due, it is done. This work is not limited to office hours.

Definition

Operational support is the monitoring, maintenance, and fault work that keeps a system standing. Monitoring is seeing an interruption when it happens. Incident response is going to the fault that was seen. Planned maintenance is the checks made before a fault appears.

This arrangement continues every hour of the day. The support desk is on 0850 309 75 41. The office is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. Field teams leave from the Ankara centre; the response is made at the organisation’s site.
