Need, scope, and acceptance are written down for each engagement. Change is controlled. Handover is made in a tested form that can be operated.

Work is carried by an engineering team matched to the subject. Recurring findings are tied to a corrective arrangement.

Operational feedback and event records inform the next design decision. Improvement is applied as an ordinary part of the work.
