Managed Services
We take on the daily running of the system that has been installed. Additions, how full it is, and the report stay with the same team. When installation ends, the work is not handed to another firm.
Definition
A managed service is the name of operation after a system has been installed. Backup, user changes, capacity growth, and the monthly state run in this scope. Change management is touching the system in a recorded order. Capacity tracking is watching whether a line or a server is filling up.
The report is how the organisation can read that operation. After commissioning, responsibility stays with the same team. Exiplus keeps the operation inside the boundary written at the start.
Operation sits at the centre. Change, capacity, and reporting stay inside that operation.
