Corporate Telecom and Connectivity Services

The organisation’s internet and the lines to its branches are provided. If a line drops, continuity is followed. Separate firms are not dealt with for this work. There is one counterpart.

Definition

Corporate telecom is the service of the lines that connect the organisation to the outside world and to its own branches. Access is the provision of internet or a private circuit. Circuit continuity is watching whether the line has dropped. Connection quality is following whether the line has slowed.

When an interruption happens, it is handled inside the same operating arrangement. Exiplus installs the line and operates it as the single counterpart.
